By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Contract with You

1. Acceptance of your order.
   • Your order is accepted when you have agreed to these Terms, completed payment, and received an email confirmation. At that point, a contract comes into existence between you and us.
2. If we cannot accept your order.
   • We may refuse or cancel an order if you are under 16, provide incomplete information, or we suspect fraudulent activity. We may also cancel due to pricing or service description errors or inability to fulfil the order.
3. Service area.
   • We provide services only for properties located in New Zealand.
4. No cooling-off period.
   • By placing an order, you agree that once we begin processing your request, you waive any right to a cooling-off period.
5. Third-party applications.
   • If you act on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have that person's consent.

Your Rights to Make Changes

If you wish to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will advise whether changes are possible and inform you of any price, timing, or process adjustments.

   1. Our online system operates 24/7. Processing typically occurs Monday-Friday, and most documents are delivered by email within 24 hours.
2. Process.
   1. After verifying your order, we will perform the requested searches and send the resulting documents to you electronically.
3. Estimated timeframes.
   1. Any stated timeframes are estimates only.
4. Delays outside our control.
   1. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
5. If you do not provide information.
   1. If required information is missing, we may suspend or cancel your order.
6. Suspension of service.
   1. We may suspend service to resolve technical issues or if payment is overdue.
7. Completion of service.
   1. Our service is deemed complete when the requested document(s) have been obtained and sent to you by email or physical dispatch confirmed.

Your Rights to End the Contract

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that once we begin processing your request, the service is considered in progress and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to end the contract due to an error or non-delivery, please contact info@landtitlesearch.co.nz

Our Rights to End the Contract

We may end the contract if payment is not made within 7 days of a reminder or if required information is not provided. If we permanently withdraw a service, we will notify you and refund any payment for unfulfilled orders.

Price and Payment

Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of your order. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel your order and issue a refund. Payment must be made in full when placing your order.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

We are responsible only for losses that are a direct and foreseeable result of our actions. We are not liable for any indirect or business losses or inaccuracies in official records supplied by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).

Other Important Terms
